I Love You, Nose! I Love You, Toes! Reviews
My son (10 months old) loves this book. It's got cute pictures, a nice rhyme for learning parts of the body and it ends with a surprisingly deep thought (Body, you're the one for me - if not for you, where would I be?) that makes me chuckle every time.
this book is great the kids love it
A very cute, poetic book perfect for toddlers and preschoolers. It has the great message of loving yourself, whoever you are.
One of the books that will be read repeatedly, and I won't mind. It is funny and promotes a positive body image, which we need more of today.
This book represents long-time illustrator Linda Davick's debut as a writer of children's books. And it is as a new writer that Ms. Davick recently won a prestigious Ezra Jack Keats Foundation Award. This page on Amazon hasn't yet post the news. So I'll share from the press release at the foundation's website:
Lovely book about all the parts that make up your body. The sweet illustrations and writing taught my child why he should love his body, from his nose to his toes. Highly recommended!
