It's a textbook...
Of the five leading textbooks on construction estimating, this one is easiest to read and comprehend and is very popular. It is a bit out of date and lacks a chapter on roofing which seems to be a major omission.
This book focuses more on the "principles" of construction estimating with emphasis on the admin/clerical aspects of it. Specific examples are few and far between.
The book is easy to read and understand.
The book came with highlighter and the cover is a little bit damaged.
Good condition, serves the purpose.
Thr book arrived in good shape. Would definitely rent any other book i need.
